RAKTIM has done his B.TECH from IIT-BHU. He joined Infosys in 1995. He describes himself “As one of the few lucky software champions, who are Digital Software Product Native”.

From day 1, Raktim got the opportunity to work on Infosys’s FINACLE suite of Products.

With more than 25 years of experience in Infosys FINACLE, he had developed new products and played various roles, from Strategy, Product evangelization, Product Development and implementation of these product across globe.

He had implemented Agile & DevOps practices in FINACLE Product. Raktim is certified SAFe 4.0 ( Scaled Agile Framework) Agilist.

He had successfully executed business transformation program to achieve agility across various functions.

As part of this transformation program, he came up mental models of the organization and cultivated the habit of system thinking in organization. This had helped in successfully changing the culture of organization and transformed the Product team into an Agile & Learning Organization.

Current he is playing pivotal role in digital banking transformation strategy and development of various product, which will help banks in becoming really digital.

He had developed many product in Wealth management & Corporate banking domain from scratch.

Raktim is an Avid book reader, with personal library of more than 600 books.

He is a TEDx speaker. His talk on ‘How Digital Transformation will help common man’ was appreciated across the globe.

He also mentors IIM graduates in Software Product Principles.

He is part of international Toastmaster Club and won many awards here.

Raktim is also a member of ‘India FIN-TECH ‘ group & “Bangalore FIN-TECH” group.
